Woody Creek Distillers is the first and only craft distillery in the country to control every aspect of our vodka production. We grow and harvest our own potatoes on the Scanlan Family Farm in Woody Creek, Colorado, just eight miles from our distillery. And it's not uncommon for us to harvest and begin the distillation on the same day. For our whiskeys and other spirits, we source local fruits, grains and use only local, mountain spring water.
